You will then receive a full refund.
Production for our Next Day Delivery and Express Service orders starts almost immediately; therefore, no cancellations are accepted.
Every blind is custom-made to your precise requirements.
Once made, our products are suitable only for you and, therefore, cannot be resold.
Because of this, it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want, the size you require, the colour selected and suitability.
Bespoke/made-to-measure items cannot be returned for refund under the Consumer Rights Act 011015
