Our Terms and Conditions comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014 Child Safety Regulations, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015.
These terms exist to protect both you, the customer, and us, the supplier.
We are committed to being fair, transparent, and responsive in resolving any issues.
1. Applicability of Terms
1.1 By placing and paying for an order—whether online, by phone, or in our showroom—you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 Phone orders will be followed by an email confirmation. Customers without an email address accept full responsibility for the accuracy of measurements provided. We recommend placing orders online or using an email account for receipt and confirmation purposes.
2. Cancellations & Amendments
2.1 Orders can be cancelled or amended only if production or fabric ordering has not started, typically within 1 hour after order placement. Express or next-day blinds cannot be amended or cancelled due to immediate processing.
2.2 If your order contains items from multiple ranges or suppliers, you cannot cancel or return the entire order based on delays or issues with only part of it.
2.3 Orders placed by phone are confirmed via email and may enter production within 1 hour. If you do not receive confirmation or spot any errors, contact us immediately.
2.4 All order amendments must be made in writing via email. A revised order confirmation will be issued as proof. Verbal changes are not accepted.
3. Product Accuracy
3.1 All blinds are manufactured with a standard manufacturer's production tolerance of ±3mm.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders are delivered by a national courier. All deliveries require a signature and are insured. If no one is home, a card will be left to arrange free re-delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
4.2 All delivery dates are estimates. Delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel or refuse the order unless the delay exceeds 28 days beyond the advised lead time.
4.3 Refusal to accept delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation or reason for a refund.
4.4 Items must be signed for as either "damaged" or "unchecked" unless fully inspected in the presence of the courier. Items signed as received in good condition cannot be claimed as damaged later.
4.5 Any damage or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Claims & Liability
5.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss under any circumstances. We recommend that you verify you have all the necessary parts before arranging installation.
Compensation is not provided for any circumstance or reason.
6. Product Information & Samples
6.1 Specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.
6.2 Colour and texture descriptions are indicative only. We recommend ordering samples as verbal or visual descriptions are not guaranteed representations.
6.3 Website images are for reference only. Colour accuracy varies based on screen settings. Samples provide the best representation, but may still differ from the final product batch.
6.4 Wood is a natural product and will vary in grain and colour. This is not considered a fault. Minor warping may occur and is also not grounds for return.
6.5 Measurements are given as width × drop, in that order.
6.6 Larger roller blinds may contain joins. Please enquire in advance if you wish to confirm this. Joins are not considered faults.
6.7 Manufacturers may change specifications without prior notice.
6.8 We manufacture to the manufacturer's specifications, and we cannot guarantee suitability for your specific window. Blind unsuitability is not grounds for return.
6.9 Ai Information

This information is not reviewed, endorsed, or validated by CrosbyBlinds, and its accuracy or completeness cannot be guaranteed. CrosbyBlinds accepts no responsibility or liability for any reliance placed on, or actions taken based on, AI-generated information.
7. Returns
7.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke or made-to-measure products are exempt from the standard 14-day return period. All blinds are custom-made and therefore non-returnable.
7.2 Faulty items must be returned in suitable packaging. We do not provide replacement packaging.
7.3 When replacements are issued for damaged goods, the original items must be returned within 7 days. Failure to return them will result in a charge for the replacement on the original payment method.
7.4 If returned items are found to be correct and free from defects, a £29.95 charge will be applied for re-delivery and collection.
7.5 Motorised blinds must be returned for inspection before any repair or replacement can be approved.
8. Warranty
8.1 All blinds include a 12-month warranty covering parts, labour, and carriage.
8.2 Luxaflex products carry a 5-year extended warranty, excluding new delivery charges.
9. Express Delivery
9.1 Orders must be placed by 10:30 am for next working day dispatch.
9.2 As items are bespoke, late delivery due to courier delays is not grounds for cancellation. However, we will refund the express delivery charge in such cases.
9.3 Express orders cannot be cancelled or amended due to their immediate entry into production.
10. Child Safety
All blinds must comply with child safety regulations:
- All products are either inherently child-safe or supplied with safety devices.
- Installation instructions and safety parts are included.
- If any safety parts are missing or damaged, do not install the blind. Contact us for replacements.
Buyers are responsible for installing safety components correctly.
BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014 standards are mandatory under the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. Chain and cord lengths are regulated based on the drop of the blind and installation height. Retailers, importers, and installers are all legally obligated to comply.
11. Retail Shop Person-to-Person Orders
Collection and re-fitting/delivery are not available after 24 months.

13. VAT
We do not offer VAT-free sales or VAT refunds for orders exported or delivered outside the United Kingdom.
