Delivery Times as of August 2026

Our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer's factory. As with all bespoke orders, delivery dates are estimates only. These dates fluctuate due to the unknown volume of orders we receive each day. We will update our estimated times with any changes.
Upon delivery, all parcels must be signed for, either damaged or unchecked, unless they are unboxed and inspected while the carrier is present. Any items received in a damaged condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Express Delivery blinds ordered before 10.30 am are shipped the same day*

*Express Wooden blinds are shipped the following day and delivered the day after.
So delivery will be made to you within 3-4 days.

You will receive a tracking email from the carrier once the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery information

 

As with all bespoke orders, the delivery dates are estimates only; quality control and perfection must always come first. Lead times are estimated on three key factors: the number of orders currently in production, the predicted number of incoming orders and the production capacity; these are updated weekly.

Your goods will be delivered directly to you by a carrier service.

All deliveries are fully insured, and a signature will be required.

If delivery is attempted whilst you are out, a card will be left enabling you to contact the carrier to arrange a new convenient free re-delivery, or if you prefer, arrange to collect the blinds direct from the depot.

Please note that orders over 2.4mts length can take 2-3 days longer for delivery, depending on your area, please take this into consideration when placing your order.
