You will receive a tracking email from the carrier once your order has been dispatched.
Our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer's factory.
As with all bespoke orders, delivery dates are estimates only, as perfection and quality control must always come first.
Upon delivery, all parcels must be signed for, either damaged or unchecked, unless they are unboxed and inspected while the carrier is present.
Any items received in a damaged condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Express delivery blinds ordered before 10.30 am are shipped the same day*
*Express delivery Wooden blinds are shipped the following day and delivered the day after.
So delivery will be made to you within 3-4 days.
